Terms and Conditions for Henry Bath and Son Ltd, effective from 13th July 2009

Exchange Storage

Storage of Goods warranted under exchange rules and delivery out to the last exchange Warrant holder,

Private Storage & Other Services

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Warehousing Terms and Conditions ("WTC").

Henry Bath B.V.

The full text of all terms and conditions were filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam, the Netherlands on 1 July 2009 under file number 24302764, as well as with the Registrar of the Rotterdam Court in the Netherlands on 1 July 2009 under deposit number 42/2009.

Exchange Storage

Storage of Goods warranted under Exchange rules and delivery out to the last Exchange Warrant holder, is governed by the relevant Exchange rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate (i) for Goods stored in the Netherlands the Dutch Warehousing Conditions deposited by the FENEX; or (ii) for Goods stored in Belgium, the KVGB General Conditions for the handling of Goods and related activities in the port of Antwerp.

Private Storage & Other Services

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our General Terms and Conditions ("GTC").

Terms and Conditions for Henry Bath BVBA effective from 18th August 2017

Exchange Storage

Storage of Goods warranted under Exchange rules and delivery out to the last Exchange Warrant holder, is governed by the relevant Exchange rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate (i) for Goods stored in Belgium, the KVGB General Conditions for the handling of Goods and related activities in the port of Antwerp.

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our General Terms and Conditions ("BGTC").

Exchange Storage

Storage of Goods warranted under LME rules and delivery out to the last LME Warrant holder, is governed by the LME rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate the Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Warehouses November 2008 version.

Private Storage & Other Services

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Warehousing Terms and Conditions ("WTC").

Storage of Goods warranted under LME rules and delivery out to the last LME Warrant holder, is governed by the LME rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate the Standard Trading Conditions of the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) May 2004 version.

Private Storage & Other Services

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Storage and Services Terms ("SST").

All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Storage and Services Terms ("SST").

Henry Bath Warehouse Receipts are issued under the powers, and are subject to the terms, of the 'Henry Bath & Son's (Delivery Warrants) Acts 1890 and 1920', save that where the warehouse receipt explicitly states that it is not transferrable, the relevant provisions of the Act which deal with the transfer of warehouse receipts shall not apply.
